What data we process and why

Quote requests. When you submit the form on the page, the data you enter (company name, contact person’s full name, email, phone if provided, approximate quantity, occasion, link to connect, notes and logo if provided) is transmitted through the form-handling service of Netlify, Inc. and forwarded to our mailbox info@sapienzaia.it. We use it only to reply to you and prepare the proposal you requested. You can also write to us directly by email. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Retention. Requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and, if you place an order, for the period required by accounting and tax law. You can ask for their deletion at any time.

Cookie-free visit statistics

To know how many people visit the page we use GoatCounter, a counter that uses no cookies and no personal identifiers: it only records aggregate figures (page views, approximate country, referring site, device type). For this reason no consent banner is shown.

Hosting and technical logs

The page is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States), which may log technical data such as IP address, browser and time of visit for security and operational purposes, according to its own privacy policy. The transfer is covered by the standard contractual clauses provided for by the Regulation.

Recipients and disclosure of data

Data is not sold or transferred to third parties. It may be processed by providers that help us deliver the service (email, hosting and form handling) acting as data processors, and by the manufacturer in charge of producing the keychains, limited to what is needed for the order.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability at any time by writing to info@sapienzaia.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
